Terms and Conditions

 RETURNS All used gear is sold as is and is non refundable. if you have issues with a new product not working within the first 30 days, email us at shop@daspaintball.com for help with resolving issues.    If you want to return an item purchased there is a 15% restocking fee and you must email us within 30 days of the purchase to start this process with the item, why you are returning it and the order number.  Item must be in new condition still and unused.   For in person sales you must have a copy of the receipt or transaction number and date for refunds to be processed as well. 

SHIPPING  Orders have a 48-72 hour handling time and will be shipped with tracking after that.   

Custom apparel orders like Jerseys, headbands, and shirts can take longer depending on production timeframes.
